- Processing Time: Once received and inspected, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.

- Only items purchased directly from grabshopzio.online qualify.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup, cleanser), unless they are defective.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns” on the product page.
- Personalized or customized items, unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. Return Shipping & Authorization

- Prepaid Labels:
- For domestic (India) returns: We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
